Participating Outlet definition

Participating Outlet means a store, shop, stall or showroom engaged in the marketing, supply, sale and/or provision of any products, goods and/or services of the Participant;

Participating Outlet means each store or outlet under your control that is participating in Fly Buys Lite under this Agreement.   • For the avoidance of doubt, if a Participant purchases more than one Qualifying Product in a single transaction at any Participating Outlet, they will not receive more than one Promotional Item.

  • Participating Merchant means a Merchant that offers the Online Payment Service as an online payment option on the Merchant’s website.
