Participating Merchants has the meaning given to such term in Clause 21.1 of the Account Terms. “Personal Data Protection Act” means the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 26 of 2012) of Singapore. “Personnel” means any of our directors, officers, employees, servants, agents and representatives.

More Definitions of Participating Merchants

Participating Merchants has the meaning given to such term in Clause 21.1 of the Account Terms. “Payment Services Act” means the Payment Services Act 2019 of Singapore.
