Participating Merchants definition

Participating Merchants means business(es) with a location in the Township, or located outside the Township but not competing with any local business within the Township, which voluntarily register and enter into an agreement with Applicant to participate in the Shop Local Program.

Participating Merchants has the meaning given to such term in Clause 21.1 of the Account Terms. “Personal Data Protection Act” means the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 26 of 2012) of Singapore. “Personnel” means any of our directors, officers, employees, servants, agents and representatives.

• Some Participating Merchants may permit you to receive cash back as part of your purchase.

• You may not assign or delegate any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without the written consent of the Service and subject to the authorization of Participating Merchants in accordance with their respective terms, conditions and policies.

• The availability of any product is determined solely and exclusively by the Participating Merchants.

• The Online Payment Services is only available for use with Participating Merchants.

More Definitions of Participating Merchants

Participating Merchants means, in respect of the Desjardins Gift Card Programs, stores operating under the same banner as, affiliated with or part of the same group as the Merchant that intend to participate in a Desjardins Gift Card Program under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, specifically under Section 7;

Participating Merchants means any merchant that presents Merchant Offers to Users and otherwise utilize the Services or that has done either of the foregoing in the past 12 months.
