Participating Regions definition

Participating Regions means, collectively, all these regions;

Participating Regions means Voronezh Oblast and Chuvashia Republic,;

Participating Regions means the Subjects of the Russian Federation which may from time to time have been selected by the Borrower for participation in the Program on the basis of the selection methodology referred to in Part B (1) of Schedule 5 to this Agreement, and which shall have subscribed to the Principles of Responsible Regional Fiscal Policy in conformity with the requirements of Part B (2) of Schedule 5 to this Agreement;

Examples of Participating Regions in a sentence

• The Recipient shall ensure that funds transferred to Participating Regions for Project activities will be counted as additional funding on top of federal contributions to the Regions and not be offset in the formula for allocating Regional funds.

• Perform the periodic maintenance of: (i) about 2,700 km of selected regional road segments rehabilitated by PVR as the same are transferred to the Participating Regions; and (ii) other selected regional road segments as rehabilitated under the Project, by contracting out the private sector to perform said periodic maintenance and related supervision on said selected regional road segments.

• Outcomes of competitive bidding procedures for the procurement of goods, works and services under the Project shall be grounds for the provision of counterpart funding from the Federal budget and/or consolidated budgets of Participating Regions as envisaged by this Agreement.

• Private Sub-projects involving the development of pilot privately-owned and operated fruit and vegetable marketing enterprises in three Participating Regions (Moscow City, Moscow Oblast and Belgorod Oblast) and such other Participating Regions as may be agreed upon between the Bank and the Borrower.

• Participating Regions are allowed to enter teams in the U-9 through U-14 gender/age brackets.Format of play – U-9/U-10 = 7 v.

More Definitions of Participating Regions

Participating Regions means the Borrower’s regions of Syr Darya, Navoi and Ferghana;
