Participating SME definition

Participating SME means local Small and Medium Enterprise who has met the eligibility criteria for the Scheme and which the Participating SME submits an application directly and/or through the ICT Solution Provider on behalf of the Participating SME (if applicable) for financial support in relation to the Packaged Solution(s) purchased by the Participating SME under the Scheme.
