QUALIFICATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION a. School students who were enrolled in college courses where they received credit for the courses from both the College and School during the academic year preceding the summer semester (herein referred to as (“Students” and “Dual Credit,” respectively) are eligible to participate in the Summer Opportunity. b. Students will have the option of enrolling in the parts of term defined as Summer Session 1 and Summer Session 2 (herein referred to as “Summer Term”), for a maximum of two (2) unique college courses throughout the duration of the Summer Term. Students must not have graduated from high school prior to enrolling in said courses. c. Students participating in the Summer Opportunity are limited to enrolling in courses listed in the College’s Core Curriculum Selection List and applicable to the Student’s selected degree plan. The College’s Core Curriculum Selection List may be accessed at xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/content.php?catoid=198&navoid=13005. Exceptions apply to Students participating in the Alamo Academies, an ECHS or P-TECH programs. d. Summer Opportunity courses will be limited to those offered on the College campus facilities or online by faculty employed by the College during the Summer Term. e. All courses offered during the Summer Opportunity must have a current approved Course Agreement in effect between the Parties. f. Should a School Student wish to participate in the Summer Opportunity despite the School electing non-participation, the College will consider agreeing directly as to that Student for which their School has a current approved Course Agreement.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION. 1. U.S. Authorized Reseller agrees to buy new MSI products ("Products"), as more fully described in Section II.2 below, for resale only to End Users in the United Stares in accordance with the terms of the Program. Program is defined as the Consumer Radio Reseller Program designed specifically for the consumerradio reseller and provides Authorized Reseller with certain marketing and related benefits including access to new products. A copy of the Program will be provided to Authorized Reseller and membership in the Program is contingent upon Authorized Reseller agreeing to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION a. REPRESENTATION OF NO CONFLICT: The Undersigned MEMBER represents that he/she is not involved in any business, professional or other relationship that would require the sharing of information from a CAALA LIST SERVE with persons who do not qualify for participation both in CAALA and CAALA LIST SERVEs, [e.g., partners representing interests opposed to consumers (such as insureds), or others with whom the MEMBER has a fiduciary relationship], and will not share any LIST SERVE information with any such persons. MEMBER agrees that his/her obligation to CAALA on these restrictions takes priority over any alleged competing obligations to partners, clients, or any other person.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION. Only semi-permanent or permanent teachers who have mutually agreed may participate in a job share.
