Partner Member definition

Partner Member means a person who is a Member of the West State Super Scheme under regulation 52B;
Partner Member means a Member that is an entity or organisation that partners or collaborates with the Council in the funding or delivery or conduct of a project or program.
Partner Member means (i) Partner in its capacity as a Member or (ii) any of Partner’s Affiliates that becomes a Member in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
