L/C Related Documents has the meaning specified in Section 2.06(b)(i).
Related Document any agreement, certificate, document or instrument relating to a Letter of Credit.
Seller Related Party means the Selling Entities and each of their respective stockholders, partners, members, Affiliates, directors, officers, employees, controlling persons and agents.

Limited Documentation Program The guidelines under which the Seller generally originates Mortgage Loans principally on the basis of the Loan-to-Value Ratio of the related Mortgage Loan and the creditworthiness of the Mortgagor.
Bid Document - shall mean the document submitted by the bidder, pursuant to understanding and agreeing with the terms and conditions set out in this Tender Document.

Related Documentation means, with respect to Software, all materials, documentation (including control documentation utilized in connection with an audit), specifications, technical manuals, user manuals, flow diagrams, file descriptions and other written information that describes the function and use of such Software, but excluding source code.
Company Operating Agreement means the Restated Operating Agreement of the Company dated August__, 2019, as amended from time to time.
Ancillary Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement.
Company Related Party means the Company and its former, current or future Affiliates and any of the foregoing’s respective former, current or future, direct or indirect, officers, other fiduciary, directors, employees, affiliates, stockholders, equityholders, managers, members, partners, agents, attorneys, advisors, lenders or other representatives or any of the foregoing’s respective successors or assigns.
MLP Partnership Agreement means the Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the MLP, as amended or restated from time to time.
Formation Documents means, collectively, the Issuer LLC Agreement, the Issuer Certificate of Formation and any other document pursuant to which the Issuer is formed or governed, as each may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
General Partner Loan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.B.
Ordering Document or "order" means a document that is expressly governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement by which, when accepted by Oracle, You order Services from Oracle.
Related Documents mean and include without limitation all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Indebtedness.
