Examples of Partnering Subcontractor in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, following the resolution of any dispute at any stage of the procedure set out above, then the new package of conditions of employment will be applied both to new starters and to those employed by hubco or any Partnering Subcontractor and/or their subcontractors engaged during the period during which the dispute was being resolved.

  • Where a Partnering Subcontractor makes submissions in any reference before the Arbitrator, the costs of the Arbitration shall be at the discretion of the Arbitrator.

  • If any Dispute between hubco and a Participant raises issues which relate to any dispute between hubco and any Partnering Subcontractor arising under a Supply Chain Agreement or otherwise affects the relationship or rights of hubco and/or the Partnering Subcontractor under such Supply Chain Agreement (the "Supply Chain Agreement Dispute") then hubco may include as part of its submissions made to the Arbitrator, submissions made by the Partnering Subcontractor as appropriate.

  • Subject to Clause 27.2, and the Participants' rights under Clause 23 (hubco Events of Default) hubco shall be free to sub-contract the whole or any part of the provision of the Partnering Services to a Partnering Subcontractor, notwithstanding which it shall remain solely responsible to the relevant Participant(s) for the provision of the relevant Partnering Services in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Each Participant shall and hubco shall and shall procure that each and every Partnering Subcontractor shall take all reasonable steps, including co‑operation with reasonable requests for information, to ensure that each and every Relevant Transfer pursuant to this Agreement takes place smoothly with the least possible disruption to the services to the Participants including the Partnering Services and to the employees who transfer from or who are retained by any Participant.

  • Each of the Participants and hubco shall in the first instance seek to resolve by discussions between them any complaints from any employee or any recognised trade union in relation to compliance by hubco or any Partnering Subcontractor with its Code Obligations.

  • Each Participant agrees to permit and arrange for prospective Transferring Employees who are employees of that Participant, prior to the relevant Transfer Date, to receive training and to make familiarisation visits to any relevant premises of hubco or a Partnering Subcontractor (all as reasonably requested by xxxxx and in such manner as to ensure that there is no material adverse effect on the operations of the Participant as a result of the same).

  • Sub-subcontractor means a Person engaged by a Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work. The term “Sub-Subcontractor” also includes any lower tier Persons engaged by Sub-Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work.

  • Subcontractor means any supplier, distributor, vendor, or firm that furnishes supplies or services to or for a prime contractor or another subcontractor.

  • Major Subcontractor means a Subcontractor who enters into a Major Subcontract.

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract.   • Subconsultant means any person or entity to whom/which the Consultant subcontracts any part of the Services in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 50.

  • Nominated sub Contractor means all specialists, merchants, tradesmen and others executing any special work or supplying any materials for which provisional or prime cost sums are included in the contract, who may have been or be nominated or selected or approved by the Employer / Employer’s Engineer and shall be deemed to be employed by the contractor.
