Partnering Services definition

Partnering Services means the services to be delivered under this Agreement set out in paragraphs 1.2 to 1.4 (inclusive) of Section 1 (Specification) of Schedule 3 (Partnering Services) and the performance by WEPCo of its obligations hereunder;
Partnering Services means the services described in Schedule 6. Party means either the Authority or the Supplier (which references shall include their representatives, any successor(s) in title, and/or any permitted Sub-contractor or transferee).
Partnering Services means the services to be delivered by the LEP under the Strategic Partnering Agreement as required pursuant to the Partnering Services Specification in Schedule 12 of the Strategic Partnering Agreement and the other provisions of the Strategic Partnering Agreement

Examples of Partnering Services in a sentence

  • WEPCo may provide a range of Partnering Services to Participants.

  • If a Participant is served a Participant Default Notice more than once in any 12 months, it will not receive Project Development Partnering Services or any Strategic Support Partnering Services unless paid monthly in arrears.

  • The insurance will cover any indemnity claims against WEPCo in relation to any death or bodily injury or third party property damage arising out of or in connection with the Partnering Services.

  • Partnering Services Costs are recovered either from the Participant on a “pay as delivered” basis, or as a lump sum at financial close of the relevant approved Project, or such costs are rolled into the financial model for the relevant approved Project and are repaid over the term of the relevant Project Agreement.

  • WEPCo recovers the costs incurred for the delivery of Strategic Support Partnering Services on a “pay as delivered” basis or as otherwise agreed with the relevant Participant procuring such services from WEPCo. The quantum of such costs will be calculated by reference to the rate card which will be included at Schedule 4 ( Partnering Services Costs).

  • WEPCo must evidence value for money both at the beginning and continuously throughout the development and delivery of new projects in accordance with Schedules 3 ( Partnering Services), 5 (Approval Process for New Projects) and 6 (New Project Pricing Report).

  • Clause 10 of the SPA governs what WEPCo is entitled to charge a Participant for the provision of Partnering Services.

  • Technical Services means all services that are necessary to carry out individual, scattered site activities including but not limited to: (1) conducting initial inspections, (2) work write-up or project specification development, (3) cost estimate preparation, (4) construction supervision associated with activities that do not require an architect or engineer, (5) lead hazard reduction or lead abatement need determination and oversight, (6) lead hazard reduction or abatement carrying costs, (7) temporary relocation coordination, (8) financing costs such as security agreement preparation and recording or filing fees, (9) processing of individual applications for assistance, (10) income eligibility determination and verification, (11) value determination (new construction) or after rehabilitation value determination (existing structures), and (12) project-specific environmental clearance processes.

  • Training Services means access to Red Hat training courses, including online courses or courses provided at a site as may be agreed by the parties.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Contract Services means the Services to be supplied by the Supplier to the Customer as set out in the Letter of Appointment;

  • DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES means therapies, typically provided by a qualified professional using a treatment plan, that are intended to lessen deficiencies in normal age appropriate function. The therapies generally are meant to limit deficiencies related to injury or disease that have been present since birth. This is true even if the deficiency was detected during a later developmental stage. The deficiency may be the result of injury or disease during the developmental period. Developmental services are applied for sustained periods of time to promote acceleration in developmentally related functional capacity. This plan covers developmental services unless specifically listed as not covered.

  • Food services means the preparation and serving of nutritionally balanced meals and snacks.
