Partnership Accountants definition

Partnership Accountants shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(d).
Partnership Accountants means such nationally recognized firm of independent public accountants as is selected from time to time by the General Partners to act as the Partnership's independent public accountants.
Partnership Accountants means Deloitte & Touche and its successors, or any firm of independent certified public accountants of recognized national standing selected by the Managing General Partner.

  • The decision of the Resolving Accountant shall be conclusive, final and binding upon the Partnership, the Partnership Accountants, Xxxxx and the Xxxxx Accountants and shall not be subject to any challenge or appeal by any such party.

More Definitions of Partnership Accountants

Partnership Accountants means such accountants that shall be selected by Cedar GP to be the accountants for the Partnership.
