Age-restricted unit means a housing unit designed to meet the needs of, and exclusively for, the residents of an age-restricted segment of the population such that: 1) all the residents of the development wherein the unit is situated are 62 years of age or older; or 2) at least 80 percent of the units are occupied by one person who is 55 years of age or older; or 3) the development has been designated by the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as “housing for older persons” as defined in Section 807(b)(2) of the Fair Housing Act, 42 U.S.C. § 3607.
Restricted Unit means a Unit granted under the Plan that is subject to a Restricted Period.
Partnership Unit means a fractional, undivided share of the Partnership Interests of all Partners issued hereunder. The allocation of Partnership Units among the Partners shall be as set forth on Exhibit A, as may be amended from time to time.
Partnership Units or “Units” has the meaning provided in the Partnership Agreement.
Restricted Share Unit means the right granted to a Participant pursuant to Article 7 to receive a Share at a future date.
Restricted Share Agreement means the agreement between the Company and the recipient of a Restricted Share which contains the terms, conditions and restrictions pertaining to such Restricted Shares.
Units means the units of the Company, each comprised of one share of Common Stock and one-half of one Warrant.
LTIP Units means units of limited partnership interest of the Partnership designated as “LTIP Units” in the Partnership Agreement awarded under the LTIP, having the rights, voting powers, restrictions, limitations as to distributions, qualifications and terms and conditions of redemption set forth in the Partnership Agreement.
Company Restricted Shares means shares of Company Common Stock granted under a Company Equity Plan, or issued upon “early exercise” of an option granted under a Company Equity Plan, that remain subject to one or more unsatisfied vesting or vesting-equivalent forfeiture or repurchase conditions.
Class B Unit means a Partnership Unit which is designated as a Class B Unit of the Partnership.
Restricted Share Units means an Award which may be earned in whole or in part upon the passage of time or the attainment of performance criteria established by the Administrator and which may be settled for cash, Shares or other securities or a combination of cash, Shares or other securities as established by the Administrator.
Class B LP Units means, collectively, the Class B limited partnership units of the Partnership, and “Class B LP Unit” means any one of them.
Class B Units means the Class B Units of the Company.
Common Unit means a common unit representing a limited partner interest in the Partnership having the rights set forth in the Partnership Agreement.
Restricted Share Award means an award of Restricted Shares.
Share Unit means a unit credited by means of an entry on the books of the Corporation to a Participant pursuant to the Plan, representing the right to receive, subject to and in accordance with the Plan, for each Vested Share Unit one Share, at the time, in the manner, and subject to the terms, set forth in the Plan and the applicable Grant Agreement;
