Forfeiture Conditions definition

Forfeiture Conditions means any criteria, requirements or conditions as determined by the Board (as specified in the Invitation Letter) or under these Rules which if it occurs (notwithstanding the satisfaction or waiver of any Performance Hurdles and Vesting Conditions) will result in a Participant forfeiting any Options;
Forfeiture Conditions means any conditions determined in accordance with clause 9 that could or may result in a Participant forfeiting the Share or any interest in the Share.
Forfeiture Conditions means any conditions determined in accordance with rule 7 that could or may result in a Participant forfeiting any Rights or any interest in a Right.
