Information Systems means all computer hardware, databases and data storage systems, computer, data, database and communications networks (other than the Internet), architecture interfaces and firewalls (whether for data, voice, video or other media access, transmission or reception) and other apparatus used to create, store, transmit, exchange or receive information in any form.
Information system means a discrete set of information resources organized for the collection, processing, maintenance, use, sharing, dissemination, or disposition of information (44 U.S.C. 3502).
flight information service means a service provided for the purpose of giving advice and information useful for the safe and efficient conduct of flights;
Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

Customer Information means any information contained on a customer’s application or other form and all nonpublic personal information about a customer that a Party receives from the other Party. Health care information means any information, whether oral or recorded in any form or medium that identi- fies or can readily be associated with the identity of, and relates to the health care of, a patient or client.
Standard Materials means all Materials not specified as Custom Materials.
