Notice Boards. The Co-operative agrees to furnish and install a Notice Board in each location in a place accessible to the employees.
Notice Boards. 5.01 The Company agrees to install notice boards for the use of the Union in suitable locations easily accessible to the Employees for the purpose of posting notices of interest to the Union.
Notice Boards. 24.01 The Company agrees to provide the IUDC, for its exclusive use, lockable bulletin boards in any building where at least five (5) IUDC members are physically located, with the understanding that such use shall be restricted to notices of IUDC meetings, elections and appointments. 24.02 The IUDC agrees that no pamphlets, handbills or other publications will be distributed in work areas without prior approval of the Human Resources Department.

These notices/bulletins will be used to inform interested workers at «Company» of matters which either affect or have the potential to affect their employment. The notice board is to be located in a prominent position.
