Past damages definition

Past damages means any damages that result from an injury to person that is a subject of a tort action and that have accrued by the time that the verdict or determination of liability by the trier of fact is rendered in that tort action, and any punitive or exemplary damages awarded.

Past damages shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.04(f).
