Pastoria Facility definition

Pastoria Facility means the facility described under "Business--Power Generation--The West--Facility Descriptions--Pastoria Facility" in the Offering Memorandum.
Pastoria Facility means the Facility owned by Pastoria Energy Facility, LLC.
Pastoria Facility means the natural gas-fired combined cycle power generation facility owned by a Subsidiary of the Borrower located in or about Xxxx County, California and which is under construction on the date of this Agreement.
