Patent Markings. AAMC shall ensure that all Licensed Products Sold by AAMC will be legibly marked with the number of any applicable patent(s) licensed hereunder as part of the Patent Rights as may be required by each country’s patent marking laws, including Title 35, U.S. Code, or if such marking is not practicable, that the accompanying outer box or product insert for Licensed Products is marked accordingly.

Related to Patent Markings

  • Product Marks shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.

  • Licensed Marks means those MLS GRID and MLS trademarks, service marks, word marks, logos and distinctive marks of all other kinds, if any, set out in Exhibit A as Licensed Marks.

  • Licensed Trademarks means the trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos and other icons or indicia designated by SCEA in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines for use on or in connection with Licensed Products. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way grant Publisher the right to use the trademark "Sony" in any manner. SCEA may amend such Licensed Trademarks from time to time in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines or upon written notice to Publisher.

  • Licensed Trademark means those Trademarks set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and such other Trademarks as may be designated by NovaDel in writing from time to time, and any registrations of the foregoing and pending applications relating thereto.

  • Licensee Patents means any Patents within the Control of Licensee as of the Effective Date and at any time during the Term relating to the Product.
