Patent Security Agreements definition

Patent Security Agreements means the Patent Security Agreements made in favor of Agent, on behalf of itself and Lenders, by each applicable Credit Party.
Patent Security Agreements means the Patent Security Agreements made in favor of the Administrative Agent, on behalf of itself and Lenders, by each applicable Loan Party.

Patent Security Agreements means, collectively, the Patent Security Agreements made in favor of the Administrative Agent, on behalf of the Lender Group, from time to time.
