Paths of Entry definition

Paths of Entry the gates, farm roads and tracks marked on the map at Annexure A.
Paths of Entry means the gates, farm roads and tracks specified on page 1 of this Agreement or marked on the map at Annexure B.
Paths of Entry means all gates, farm roads, tracks and fence lines either on the Land at the date of this Arrangement or properly used by, or constructed by the Explorer in accordance with this Arrangement as set out in Annexure “B”.

Examples of Paths of Entry in a sentence

  • The Owner/Occupier grants access to the Explorer by way of the Paths of Entry and consents to the carrying out of Prospecting in the Prospecting Area on the terms and conditions of this Agreement and in consideration of that consent the Explorer agrees to observe the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • The Explorer may only bring onto or remove from the Prospecting Area by way of the Paths of Entry, such equipment, vehicles, employees and contractors as may reasonably be required to conduct Prospecting only during the periods specified in clauses 3.1 and 3.2.

  • The Explorer will not use or permit to be used the Prospecting Area or Paths of Entry for any purpose other than Prospecting and access respectively, unless with the written permission of the Owner/Occupier.

  • Before any entry on to the Property or the Paths of Entry, vehicles, boots and equipment to be cleaned of all superficial accumulation of dirt or vegetable matter to the satisfaction of the Owner/Occupier.

  • The Explorer will, during such period as the Explorer utilises the Agreed Paths of Entry, maintain and keep in repair the Paths of Entry having regard to their condition at the commencement of this Agreement.

  • ACCESS TIMES Paths of Entry will be as shown on the plan attached at Annexure B.

  • Preferred Paths of Entry includes the gates, farm roads, tracks and any other method of entry to the Land marked on the Study Area Map.

  • Hunter Gas Pipeline may only use alternate Preferred Paths of Entry with the consent of the Landowner, such consent must not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

  • Hunter Gas Pipeline agrees that it must only access the Study Area by the Preferred Paths of Entry.

Related to Paths of Entry

  • Commissioning means the process for determining the need for and for obtaining the supply of healthcare and related services by the Trust within available resources.

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Certificate of Substantial Completion means the certificate executed by the A/E, ODR and Contractor that documents to the best of A/E’s and ODR’s knowledge and understanding, Contractor’s sufficient completion of the work in accordance with the Contract, so as to be operational and fit for the use intended.

  • Tests on Completion means the tests which are specified in the Contract or agreed by both Parties or instructed as a Variation, and which are carried out under Clause 9 [Tests on Completion] before the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.

  • Completion means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract.
