Quarterly Statement means the quarterly statutory financial statement of any Insurance Subsidiary required to be filed with the insurance commissioner (or similar authority) of its jurisdiction of incorporation or, if no specific form is so required, in the form of financial statements permitted by such insurance commissioner (or such similar authority) to be used for filing quarterly statutory financial statements and shall contain the type of financial information permitted by such insurance commissioner (or such similar authority) to be disclosed therein, together with all exhibits or schedules filed therewith.
Monthly Statement The statement delivered to the Certificateholders pursuant to Section 4.06.
Explanatory Statement means the explanatory statement which forms part of the Notice;
GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 7, 2019 and effective December 31, 2018.
Distribution Report The meaning specified in Section 10.7(b).
Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.
E-Statement means an electronic version of daily confirms, monthly, quarterly or annual statements, and shareholder tax statements created with investor transaction data housed on DST’s TA2000® mutual fund record keeping system, with images available online via a secure web site.
Monthly Financial Statements is defined in Section 6.2(c).
Statement Cycle means the period of time for which our credit union provides a summary of the financial activities and transactions that post and settle to the accountholder's account.
MI Report means a report containing Management Information submitted to the Authority in accordance with Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information);
Distribution Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 5.02(c) of the Trust Agreement.
Statutory Statement means a statement of the condition and affairs of an Insurance Subsidiary, prepared in accordance with accounting procedures and practices prescribed or permitted by an applicable insurance regulatory authority or the NAIC, as modified in accordance with permitted practices approved by an applicable insurance regulatory authority, and filed with an applicable insurance regulatory authority or the NAIC.
Information Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6.
Balance Information We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on the account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day. You must maintain a minimum balance of $1,000.00 in the account each day to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield. Limitations: You must deposit $1,000.00 to open this account. You may not make additional deposits into this account. You may not make withdrawals from your account until the maturity date. Time Account Information: Your account will mature in the term of the Certificate of Deposit. If you withdraw any of the principal before the maturity date, we may impose a penalty of 90 days of interest on the amount withdrawn. This account will automatically renew. You will have 10 CALENDAR DAYS after the maturity date to withdraw funds without penalty. If you do not withdraw the funds, each renewal term will be for an identical period of time as the original term.
Privacy Statement means the rules determined by the Company in relation to, among other things, the collection and use of personal information;
Operating Statement Analysis Report format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Distribution Date Statement As defined in Section 4.02(a).
Quarterly Financial Statements is defined in Section 6.2(a).
CMSA Operating Statement Analysis Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Operating Statement Analysis Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions generally.
Annual Statement means, with respect to any Insurance Subsidiary for any fiscal year, the annual financial statements of such Insurance Subsidiary as required to be filed with the Insurance Regulatory Authority of its jurisdiction of domicile and in accordance with the laws of such jurisdiction, together with all exhibits, schedules, certificates and actuarial opinions required to be filed or delivered therewith.
Annual Financial Statement means the annual audited financial statement of Revenue and Operating Expenses and balance sheet for the Improvements, prepared at the Borrower’s expense, by an independent certified public accountant reasonably acceptable to the City, which shall form the basis for determining the Residual Receipts.
