Payment Administrator definition

Payment Administrator means a natural person (including departments in case of legal entity) that is responsible for the administration of payments related to a Project’s mdx Points as set forth in Article 23, and is so designated by the Project Operator.
Payment Administrator has the meaning set forth in Section 2.10(a).

  • The Payment Administrator may use the Surplus Funds to make (inter alia) payments of principal and administrative and other expenses.
