Payment Certificates definition

Payment Certificates means a payment certificate issued under Clause 14 [Contract Price and Payment]. “Performance Certificate” means the certificate issued under Sub-Clause 11.9 [Performance Certificate]. “Performance Security” means the security (or securities, if any) under Sub-Clause 4.2 [Performance Security]. “Permanent Works” means the permanent works to be executed by the Contractor under the Contract.
Payment Certificates means certificates issued by Eximbank to the Trustee for the benefit of the holders of Certificates pursuant to Section 4.05 of the Eximbank Guarantee Agreement under the circumstances described therein.
Payment Certificates has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.2(a).
