Payment Trigger Calculator means the excel spreadsheet which proposes Unit Rates, the volumes of Qualifying Outputs, the Maximum Sum and the Overall Unit Cost submitted with the project proposal found at Part 2 of Schedule 5 of this Grant Agreement which may be varied from time to time with the written agreement of the GLA;
