lead governor means the governor nominated by the corporation to fulfil the role described in Appendix B to The NHS Foundation Trust Code of Governance (Monitor, December 2013) or any later version of such code.
Deputy Governor means a person nominated by the governor in accordance with Article 180 of the Constitution;
the LA Governor means the Governor who may be appointed pursuant to Article 51;
Public Governor means a member of the Council of Governors elected by the members of one of the Public Constituencies;
Staff Governor means an employee of the Academy Trust who may be appointed as a Governor pursuant to Article 50A;
Office of the Governor means the Governor; his chief of staff, counsel, director of policy, Cabinet
the Governors means the directors of the Academy Trust (and “Governor” means any one of those directors), subject to the definition of this term at Article 6.9(b) in relation to Articles 6.2-6.9;
School Governors or Governing Body means the Governors of the School who are appointed from time to time under the terms of its governing instrument and who are responsible for governance of the School.
Lieutenant Governor means the lieutenant governor of the
Corporate governance annual disclosure means a report an insurer or insurance group files in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 16b, Corporate Governance Annual Disclosure Act.
the Parent Governors means the Governors appointed pursuant to Articles 53 to 58 inclusive;
Governor shall include any child, stepchild, parent, grandchild, grandparent, brother, sister or spouse of the governor or any person living with the governor as his or her partner
Additional Governors means Governors who may be appointed by the Secretary of State under the Articles of Association.
Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee means the nominating and corporate governance committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.
Board of Governors means the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System of the United States of America.
Further Governors means Governors who may be appointed by the Secretary of State under the Articles of Association if a Special Measures Termination Event, as defined in this Agreement, occurs;
State Government means the Government of the State of Punjab;
Vigilance and Ethics Officer means an officer appointed to receive protected disclosures from whistle blowers, maintaining records thereof, placing the same before the Audit Committee for its disposal and informing the Whistle Blower the result thereof.
New Corporate Governance Documents means the form of certificate or articles of incorporation, bylaws, limited liability company agreement, partnership agreement, or such other applicable formation documents (if any) of Reorganized Ascena, including any certificates of designation, each of which shall be included in the Plan Supplement.
Parent Local Governor means the parent member of a Local Governing Body elected or appointed in accordance with Articles 54-56;
Council of Governors means the council of governors of the corporation; “declaration of identity” has the meaning set out in rule 21.1;
Indian governing body means the governing body of any tribe, band, or group of Indians subject to the jurisdiction of the United States and recognized by the United States as possessing power of self-government.
Market Regulation Department means all Exchange Officials and/or agents of the Exchange that assist the Exchange in the implementation, surveillance and enforcement of the Exchange Rules and other Obligations.
Tribal government means an Indian tribal government as defined in Section 3(32) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), as amended, or an agency or instrumentality of the trib- al government, that has government offices principally located in this state.
The Government means the Government of Karnataka State.
County Government means the county government provided for under Article 176 of the Constitution;
