Peak Data Allowance definition

Peak Data Allowance means that portion of Monthly Data Allowance that can be used by a Customer during each calendar month in peak times (7.00am to Midnight Eastern Standard Time) as selected by the Customer when entering into the Agreement or as modified from time-to-time.
Peak Data Allowance. (Satellite Services) means that portion of Monthly Data Allowance that can be used by a customer during each calendar month in peak times (7.00am to 1:00 AM Eastern Standard Time) as selected by the Customer when entering into the Agreement or as modified from time-to-time.

  • Consumption Data means customer specific electric usage data, or weather adjusted data, including but not limited to kW, kWh, voltage, var, power factor, and other information that is recorded by the electric meter for the Company and stored in its systems. Consumption Data also includes payment and service history, account number, and amount billed.
