Peak Demand definition

Peak Demand means the maximum Metered Demand in the last 12 months;
Peak Demand means electrical demand at the times of highest annual demand on the utility’s system.
Peak Demand means electrical demand at the time of highest annual demand on the utility’s system, measured in 15 minute intervals.

  • The calculation will be applied in the current year based on the Peak Demand, as defined above, in the prior year.

Peak Demand means the maximum water demand in gallons per minute at any given time. The peak demand is some- times estimated to be 2.0 times the total maximum day water use in gallons averaged over 1,440 minutes/day or the peak hour demand in gallons per minute on the maximum day of use.
