Water use definition

Water use means water services together with any other activity identified under Article 5 and Annex II having a significant impact on the status of water.
Water use means a use of Water as defined by section 1 of the Act and shall include freshwater from all sources and Minewater; and
Water use means the use of Water as defined by section 2 of the Northwest Territories Waters Act and shall include freshwater from all sources.
