Except as otherwise specifically provided in Section 6.7, which is intended to benefit each National Penn Indemnified Party and his or her heir and representatives, this Agreement (including the documents and instruments referred to herein) is not intended to, and does not, confer upon any person other than the parties hereto any rights or remedies hereunder, including the right to rely upon the representations and warranties set forth herein.

Buyer Indemnified Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.
Investor Indemnified Party is defined in Section 4.1.
Purchaser Indemnified Party shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(a).
Company Indemnitees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.02.
Parent Indemnified Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).
Indemnified Parties shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.2.
Seller Indemnified Persons has the meaning set forth in Section 8.3.
