Per Project definition

Per Project or “Per Server” or “Per Conversion” or “Per Transformation”, each referred to hereafter as a “Managed Object”). Such phrases may appear in a variety of sources such as the Documentation, the Purchase Documentation, or product use rights and restrictions as set forth in a Product Use Rights Appendix attached to this Agreement (in total, “Sources”). You may install, use and execute the component(s) of the Software for that number and type of Managed Objects for which You have paid Licensor a license fee. The manner of calculating the type and number of Managed Objects for which You need a license for the Software shall be determined by Licensor based on Your configuration and operation of the Software and interpreted with reference to the Sources, unless otherwise agreed in a fully executed agreement between You and Licensor. Provided You comply with all terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable license, without the right to sublicense, to use the Software in object code form in accordance with the Software Product License Key associated with the Software and in accordance with the terms specified in this Agreement. The Software facilitates the planning for the migration of Server Workloads which may include distribution of additional operating systems and applications ("Guest Operating Systems and Applications") to run on a target computer system. You must have a licensed copy of each Guest Operating System and Application for such use. You must have licensed any Operating System components the Software installs as part of the conversion process, such as HALs and Kernel modules. You agree to indemnify and hold Licensor harmless against any damages, costs (including legal attorneys’ fees and costs) or other liability arising from claims resulting from Your failure to obtain any such required licenses. Licensor shall have the right to participate at its expense in the defense of any such dispute. The Software License Key may be a printable digital key, a non-printable file, or any other mechanism used by Licensor for license activation purposes. You agree not to override or attempt to override the Software License Key.

  • Power Project or “Project” shall mean the Solar power generation facility of Contracted Capacity of ………..[Insert capacity] MW, located at [Insert name of the place] in …. [Insert name of the District and State] having a separate control system, metering and separate points of injection into the grid at Delivery/Interconnection/Metering point at ISTS substation or in case of sharing of transmission lines, by separate injection at pooling point. This includes all units and auxiliaries such as water supply, treatment or storage facilities; bay/s for transmission system in the switchyard, dedicated transmission line up to the Delivery Point and all the other assets, buildings/structures, equipment, plant and machinery, facilities and related assets required for the efficient and economic operation of the power generation facility; whether completed or at any stage of development and construction or intended to be developed and constructed for the purpose of supply of power as per this Agreement;

  • Infrastructure project means any activity related to the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of infrastructure in the United States regardless of whether infrastructure is the primary purpose of the project. See also paragraphs (c) and (d) of 2 C.F.R. 184.4.

  • Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan;

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Solar PV Project means the solar Photo Voltaic Power project that uses sunlight for direct conversion into electricity through Photo Voltaic technology.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.

  • Pilot project means an innovative environmental project that covers one or more designated facilities, designed and implemented in the form of an EMSA. (See Section 52.3 of the Act.)

  • Condominium Project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.

  • Public facilities means amenities that are—

  • Public facility means 1 or more of the following:

  • Large project means, for purposes of the Soft Cost Ratio limitation in Section 3.F, a Project with more than 24 Housing Credit units.

  • Major project means a project comprising of a series of works, activities or services which is intended, in itself, to accomplish a definite and indivisible task of a precise economic or technical nature, which has clearly identified goals and whose total cost exceeds that which is specified in the Framework Agreement;

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.

  • The Project means supply, installation, testing and commissioning, integration of computer hardware and services with support under Warranty and annual maintenance contract, if required for the contract period.

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Cooperative Project With respect to any Cooperative Loan, all real property and improvements thereto and rights therein and thereto owned by a Cooperative Corporation including without limitation the land, separate dwelling units and all common elements.

  • Project Facility means facility being one or more of the following facilities as specified in the Special Conditions of Contract, being developed in accordance with the Project and the Detailed Project Implementation Report and includes all its buildings, equipment, facilities, software and systems and includes without limitation, where the circumstances so require, any expansion thereof from time to time and may include any new location to be separately mentioned in the Special Conditions of Contract.

  • Energy efficiency project means an energy efficiency measure or combination of measures undertaken in accordance with a standard offer or market transformation program.

  • Infrastructure means infrastructure serving the County and improved or unimproved real estate and personal property, including machinery and equipment, used in the operation of the Project, within the meaning of Section 4-29-68 of the Code.

  • Project Facilities means all the amenities and facilities situated on the Site, as described in Schedule-C;

  • Existing Project is a Project that has achieved Commercial Operation on or prior to the Execution Date.

  • Public works project means the erection, construction, alteration, repair, or improvement of any public structure, building, road, or other public improvement of any kind.

  • Infrastructure facility means a building; structure; or networks of buildings, structures, pipes, controls, and equipment, or portion thereof, that provide transportation, utilities, public education, or public safety services. Included are government office buildings; public schools; courthouses; jails; prisons; water treatment plants, distribution systems, and pumping stations; wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, and pumping stations; solid waste disposal plants, incinerators, landfills, and related facilities; public roads and streets; highways; public parking facilities; public transportation systems, terminals, and rolling stock; rail, air, and water port structures, terminals, and equipment.

  • Renewable energy project means (A) a project
