Performance Allocation Period definition

Performance Allocation Period means each performance period over which the allocations provided for in Section 3.02(b) and (c) are measured.
Performance Allocation Period means each period ending on a Calculation Date (or, in the event that the Investment Management Agreement is terminated or the Company is wound‐up, the date of such termination or winding‐up (inclusive)) and beginning on the Business Day immediately following the last Performance Allocation Period in respect of which a Performance Allocation has been allocated or, if no Performance Allocation Amount has yet been allocated to the Performance Allocation Shares Class Fund, the period from Admission;
Performance Allocation Period means, with respect to an LP Interest, first, the period beginning on the date of the Capital Contribution for such Interest and ending on the last day of the Fiscal Year in which such Capital Contribution was made and, thereafter, the period beginning on the first day of the Fiscal Year and ending on the last day of the Fiscal Year, except when a Limited Partner redeems all or a portion of an LP Interest or the Partnership is terminated at any time other than the end of a Fiscal Year, in which case the Performance Allocation Period with respect to the portion of the LP Interest redeemed or all LP Interests (as applicable) shall end on the effective date of the redemption.

More Definitions of Performance Allocation Period
