Performance Deed of Trust definition

Performance Deed of Trust means that deed of trust, executed by the Owner as trustor and City as beneficiary, as well as any amendments to, modifications of, and restatements of said deed of trust, to be recorded against the Assisted Unit to secure for compliance with the obligations and restrictions set forth in this Declaration. A form of the Performance Deed of Trust is attached to this Declaration as Exhibit 3.
Performance Deed of Trust means the deed of trust, dated as of the date hereof, executed by HLT as Trustor for the benefit of City which secures HLT’s performance under this Agreement, and which will be recorded in the Official Records substantially concurrently herewith.
Performance Deed of Trust means a performance deed of trust with respect to Buyer’s obligations to Decommission the Vallecitos Licensed Facilities and the Vallecitos Nuclear Center in the form attached hereto as Exhibit J.
