Performance Test Standards definition

Performance Test Standards has the meaning given such term in the -------------------------- EPC Contract.
Performance Test Standards means APPENDIX 7 to the Contract.

  • Contractor shall carry out all tests ---------------------- and inspections required pursuant to the Performance Test Standards, the Standards and the Turnkey Specifications.

  • The Contractor shall conduct and repeat as necessary the Performance Tests as required hereunder in connection with RFS Acceptance (and, as applicable, Commercial Acceptance) and Final Acceptance, in accordance with the Performance Test Standards and such supplemental testing procedures, consistent with such Performance Test Standards, prepared by the Contractor in accordance with normal industry standards.

Related to Performance Test Standards

  • Performance Test means all operational checks and tests required to determine the performance parameters including inter-alia capacity, efficiency and operating characteristics of the Stores as specified in the Contract.

  • Performance Tests means the tests to be conducted on the equipment at site for checking the performance parameters of the equipment as defined in Technical Specification.

  • Performance Standards or “PS” shall mean the cleanup levels and other measures of achievement of the remedial action objectives, as set forth in the ROD.

  • Service Level Standards has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1 hereof.

  • Applicable Standards means the requirements and guidelines of NERC, the Applicable Regional Entity, and the Control Area in which the Customer Facility is electrically located; the PJM Manuals; and Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.
