Performing Right definition

Performing Right means that part of the rights of copyright being the performing rights in relation to a musical work and including:
Performing Right. “Film Synchronisation Right”,“Performance” and “perform” shall have the meanings respectively given to them in the Company’s Articles of Association.
Performing Right in relation to any work means the right to perform the work in public and the right to broadcast the work excluding the right in any work which has been previously assigned to any society in any country whose principal object is to administer the said right.
