Periodic Liability Date definition

Periodic Liability Date means the first day of the first, fourth, seventh and eleventh Periods in each Relevant Year ignoring for these purposes any Period that commences before the Transition Date as referred to in clause 19; and
Periodic Liability Date means the first day of the first, fourth, seventh and eleventh Periods in each Relevant Year ignoring for these purposes any Period that commences before the Transition Date as referred to in Clause 19; and
Periodic Liability Date means the first day of the first, fourth, seventh and eleventh Periods (as defined in Schedule 7) in each Relevant Year; and

Related to Periodic Liability Date

  • Defect Liability Period in relation to a work means the specified period from the date of COMPLETION CERTIFICATE upto the date of issue of FINAL CERTIFICATE during which the CONTRACTOR stands responsible for rectifying all defects that may appear in the works executed by the CONTRACTOR in pursuance of the CONTRACT and includes warranties against Manufacturing/Fabrication/ Erection/Construction defects covering all materials plants, equipment, components, and the like supplied by the CONTRACTOR, works executed against workmanship defects.

  • Liability Cap has the meaning ascribed to it in paragraph 1 of Schedule 9;

  • Initial Valuation Date means the Issue Date, provided that if such day is not an Exchange Business Day for a Share then the Initial Valuation Date for that Share will be the first succeeding day that is an Exchange Business Day, subject to the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event. See “DESCRIPTION OF THE NOTES – Market Disruption Event” below for further detail.

  • Final Valuation Date means the Final Valuation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If the Final Valuation Date is not a Calculation Date the immediately following Banking Day which is a Calculation Date shall be the Final Valuation Date.

  • Aggregate Amount means the aggregate amount by which the resolution authority has assessed that eligible liabilities are to be written down or converted, in accordance with Article 46(1);
