Standard Investment Period definition

Standard Investment Period means the period beginning with the first day of any purchase or acquisition of Economic Development Property and ending five (5) years after the Commencement Date.
Standard Investment Period means the period beginning with the first day the Company purchases or acquires Economic Development Property to be placed in service at the Project, and ending five (5) years after the Commencement Date.
Standard Investment Period means the period beginning with the first day of any purchase or acquisition of Economic Development Property and ending five (5) years after the Project Commencement Date, which date is understood by all parties to this Fee Agreement to be December 31, 2003.

Examples of Standard Investment Period in a sentence

  • The Company agrees to use its reasonable efforts to cause the completion of the Project as soon as practicable, but in any event on or prior to the end of the Standard Investment Period.

  • If the Company does not send the Company Election Notice to the County prior to the expiration of the Standard Investment Period, the Company shall not be entitled to the Special Source Credits set forth above.

  • In order to start receiving the Special Source Credits, the Company must notify the County that the Company elects to commit to reaching the SSC Minimum Investment during the Standard Investment Period by sending to the County the notice attached hereto as Exhibit C (the “Company Election Notice”).

  • Any amounts determined to be owing pursuant to the foregoing sentence shall be payable to the County on or before the one hundred twentieth (120th) day following the last day of the Standard Investment Period.

  • The Company and the County acknowledge that the Contract Minimum Investment Requirements was met during the Standard Investment Period.

Related to Standard Investment Period

  • Investment Period means, and shall be equal to, the Standard Investment Period.

  • Applicable Measurement Period means the most recently completed four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Issuer immediately preceding the Applicable Calculation Date for which internal financial statements are available.
