Standard Investment Period definition

Standard Investment Period means the period beginning with the first day of any purchase or acquisition of Economic Development Property and ending five (5) years after the Commencement Date.
Standard Investment Period means the period beginning with the first day the Company purchases or acquires Economic Development Property to be placed in service at the Project, and ending five (5) years after the Commencement Date.

Examples of Standard Investment Period in a sentence

  • In such event, the Company and such Sponsor Affiliates shall pay the County an amount pursuant to the FILOT Act which is equal to any Deficiency Amount for the period through and including the end of the Standard Investment Period.

  • Any amounts determined to be owing pursuant to the foregoing sentence shall be subject to interest at the statutory rate for the late payment of ad valorem taxes and shall be payable to the County on or before the one hundred twentieth (120th) day following the last day of the Standard Investment Period.

  • The Company agrees to use its reasonable efforts to cause the completion of the Project as soon as practicable, but in any event on or prior to the end of the Standard Investment Period.

  • Should the Contract Minimum Investment Requirement be met by the end of the Standard Investment Period but not maintained without regard to depreciation through the period during which the Company is receiving Special Source Credits, the Special Source Credits otherwise payable under this Fee Agreement shall no longer be payable by the County to the Company on a prospective basis.

  • If the Company meets the Contract Minimum Investment Requirement by the end of the Standard Investment Period, but the value of Economic Development Property falls below the Contract Minimum Investment Requirement (without regard to depreciation) following the Standard Investment Period but during the fifteen (15) year time period during which the Company is to receive Special Source Credits, any Special Source Credits otherwise payable under this Fee Agreement shall no longer be payable by the County.

  • In accordance with Section 12-44-30(13) of the FILOT Act and the terms of the 2020 Fee Agreement, the County hereby approves an extension of the Standard Investment Period for additional five (5) years (for a total Standard Investment Period of ten (10) years until December 31, 2031).

  • Should the Contract Minimum Investment Requirement be met by the end of the Standard Investment Period but not be maintained (without regard to depreciation) for the eight-year Special Source Credit Period.
