Permanent label definition

Permanent label means a label that cannot be easily removed or defaced.
Permanent label means any label on a product that is securely attached or affixed through gluing, printing, sewing, embossing, silk screening, or other similar means.

  • Permanent sign means a Sign constructed of weather-resistant material and intended for permanent use and that does not otherwise meet the definition of “Temporary Sign.”
