The deadline for Permanent Work is eighteen (18) months from the declaration date.
The period of performance for this agreement begins with the first day of the Incident Period for the disaster applicable to the agreement and ends six (6) months from the date of declaration for Emergency Work (Categories A & B) or eighteen (18) months from the date of declaration for Permanent Work (Categories C-G), unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph (17) of this Agreement or extended in accordance with Attachment G Paragraph 5.
It may extend Emergency Work projects by six (6) months and Permanent Work projects by thirty (30) months.
