Permanent Work definition

Permanent Work means the permanent works including equipment to be supplied, executed, erected and maintained in accordance with the Contract.
Permanent Work means and includes works which form a part of the work to be handed over to the Owner by the Contractor on completion of the contract.
Permanent Work means works which will be incorporated in and form part of the work to be handed over to the owner by the Contractor on completion of the contract.

More Definitions of Permanent Work
