Permanent Supportive Housing Units definition

Permanent Supportive Housing Units means the thirteen (13) Income Restricted Units which shall be rented to and occupied by or, if vacant, available for occupancy by Qualified PSH Households pursuant to this Agreement and the terms of that certain Permanent Supportive Housing Agreement, as approved by the County Board on or before the date all necessary certificates of occupancy are issued by the Arlington County government for one hundred percent (100%) of the apartment units in the Berkeley I Apartments complex.
Permanent Supportive Housing Units means the nine (9) Income Restricted Units which shall be rented to and occupied by or, if vacant, available for occupancy by Qualified PSH Households pursuant to this Agreement and the terms of that certain Permanent Supportive Housing Agreement by and between the Borrower and the County Board, as approved and executed by the County Board and Borrower on or before the In-Service Date (the “Permanent Supportive Housing Agreement”).
Permanent Supportive Housing Units or “PSH Units” means the seven (7) Income- Restricted Units which shall be rented to and occupied by or, if vacant, available for occupancy by PSH Qualified Households pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Permanent Supportive Housing means voluntary, flexible supports to help individuals with psychiatric disabilities choose, get, and keep housing that is decent, safe, affordable, and integrated into the community. Tenants have access to an array of services that help them keep their housing, such as case management, assistance with daily activities, conflict resolution, and crisis response consistent with evidence-based practice standards published by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.

  • Supportive housing means housing with no limit on length of stay, that is occupied by the target population, and that is linked to an onsite or offsite service that assists the supportive housing resident in retaining the housing, improving his or her health status, and maximizing his or her ability to live and, when possible, work in the community.

  • Family or household members means spouses, domestic partners, former spouses, former domestic partners, persons who have a child in common regardless of whether they have been married or have lived together at any time, adult persons related by blood or marriage, adult persons who are presently residing together or who have resided together in the past, persons sixteen years of age or older who are presently residing together or who have resided together in the past and who have or have had a dating relationship, persons sixteen years of age or older with whom a person sixteen years of age or older has or has had a dating relationship, and persons who have a biological or legal parent-child relationship, including stepparents and stepchildren and grandparents and grandchildren.

  • Supportive services means social, health, educational, income support and employment services and benefits, coordination of community building and educational activities, individualized needs assessment, and individualized assistance with obtaining services and benefits.
