Permit Section means the operating unit of the Airport Authority designated by The Executive Committee to administer matters related to the issuance of a Facility Permit;
Permit Section means the office responsible for the processing and final approval of the APPLICATION FOR CAMPING, P&R-11(REV. 11/88) form and issuing of the Park Use Permits located at the Honolulu Municipal Building.

  • suitably qualified person means a person who has professional qualifications, training, skills or experience relevant to the nominated subject matter and can give authoritative assessment, advice and analysis to performance relative to the subject matter using the relevant protocols, standards, methods or literature.

  • National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit or “NPDES” means a permit issued by the MPCA as required by federal law for the purpose of regulating the discharge of pollutants from point sources into waters of the United States from concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs) as defined by federal law

  • Disclosure Schedule means the Disclosure Schedule, dated as of the date hereof, delivered to the Buyer by the Seller concurrently with the execution of this Agreement.
