Permit to Enter definition

Permit to Enter is defined in the DDA. “Person” is defined in the DDA.
Permit to Enter means, an agreement executed by the Agency and Vertical Developer in accordance with Article 9, which agreement shall be substantially in the form of Attachment L with only such changes as may be approved by the Agency and Vertical Developer, or as reasonably required by the Agency in connection with site specific requirements. The Agency, may from time to time amend the attached form of Permit to Enter to impose such insurance, bond, guaranty and indemnification requirements as the Agency determines are necessary or appropriate to protect its interests, consistent with the Agency’s custom and practice and in a manner that will not unnecessarily interfere with or materially increase the cost or risk of Vertical Developer’s ability to perform under this Agreement or, if it would unnecessarily interfere with or materially increase such cost or risk, such amendment must be consistent with commercial industry practice.
Permit to Enter means, initially, the document attached to this DDA as Exhibit HH, as such document may be revised from time to time by the Authority upon notice thereof to Developer. The Authority may from time to time amend the attached form of Permit to Enter and impose such insurance, bond, guaranty and indemnification requirements as the Authority determines are necessary or appropriate to protect its interests, consistent with the Authority’s custom and practice and in a manner that will not unnecessarily interfere with or materially increase the cost or risk of Developer’s ability to perform under this DDA or if it would unnecessarily interfere with or materially increase the cost or risk, such amendment must be consistent with commercial industry practice.

Examples of Permit to Enter in a sentence

  • The Agency shall grant a license and Permit to Enter to Developer, at no cost to Developer, for portions of Parcel A owned by the Agency that are proximate to Building 101 and on which Developer may construct the New Shipyard Artist Studios.

  • A copy of the Railroad’s Permit to Enter Upon Property shall be provided to the Contractor after selection.

  • The Entrant must not remove damage or cut through any fencing unless approved as part of the Permit to Enter.

  • If this is the case it will nominated as a special condition to the Permit to Enter.

  • Any HTP Contractor that desires to enter upon Amtrak right-of-way or other Amtrak property in connection with delivery of an HTP Package shall be required to comply with Amtrak’s requirements for a “Temporary Permit to Enter Upon Property” (“PTE”).


More Definitions of Permit to Enter

Permit to Enter means an access permit granted pursuant to section 75 of the Railways Xxx 0000;

  • Savings association means a Fed- eral savings and loan association or a Federal savings bank chartered under section 5 of the Home Owners’ Loan Act, a building and loan, savings and loan or homestead association or a co- operative bank (other than a coopera- tive bank described in 12 U.S.C. 1813(a)(2)) the deposits of which are in- sured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and any corporation (other than a bank) the deposits of which are insured by the Federal De- posit Insurance Corporation that the Office of the Comptroller of the Cur- rency and the Federal Deposit Insur- ance Corporation jointly determine to be operating in substantially the same manner as a savings association, and shall include any savings bank or any cooperative bank which is deemed by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency to be a savings association under 12 U.S.C. 1467a(1).

  • Company Agent means the Parent.

  • General Manager of Railway means the officer - in-charge of the General Superintendence and Control of the Railway and shall mean and include their successors, of the successor Railway;

  • Office of the Corporation means the executive office of the Corporation, anything in Section 131 of the General Corporation Law to the contrary notwithstanding.

  • Construction Manager means a competent person responsible for the management of the physical construction processes and the coordination, administration and management of resources on a construction site;

  • Imminent danger to the health and safety of the public means the existence of any condition or practice, or any violation of a permit or other requirement of this article, in a surface coal mining and reclamation operation which could reasonably be expected to cause substantial physical harm to persons outside the permit area before such condition, practice, or violation can be abated. A reasonable expectation of death or serious injury before abatement exists if a rational person, subjected to the same conditions, or practices giving rise to the peril, would not expose himself to the danger during the time necessary for abatement.

  • Owners Association means any association or organization created pursuant to the Owners’ Association Documents.

  • Engineer’s Representative means the official in the civil/ electrical engineering department who is authorized to be in-charge of the work to which these presents relate. It shall include any other official nominated to attend to the supervision of day to day execution of the work to which this CONTRACT relates.

  • Municipal Engineer means the Engineer for the Corporation of the Township of Laurentian Valley or any person acting in that capacity or the Public Works Manager of the “Township”.

  • Director of Nursing means the Registered Nurse Level 5, appointed as such, who has charge of the nursing staff and who may also be required to supervise other staff (including domestic staff).

  • County Superintendent means the Executive County Superintendent of Schools designated by the Department of Education for this school district.

  • Condominium Association ’ means the organization, whose membership consists ex- clusively of all the unit owners in the con- dominium project, which is, or will be respon- sible for the operation, administration, and management of the condominium project;

  • State superintendent means the state superintendent of public instruction.

  • Civil engineer means a professional engineer registered in the state of California to practice in the field of civil engineering.

  • Assistant Superintendent means the assistant superintendent to whom the supervisor reports. If the supervisor is an assistant superintendent, the associate superintendent will serve as the assistant superintendent.

  • Air pollution means the presence in the outdoor atmosphere of one or more air contaminants in sufficient quantities, and of such characteristics and duration as is, or is likely to be, injurious to human health, plant or animal life, or property, or which unreasonably interferes with enjoyment of life and property. For the purposes of this chapter, air pollution shall not include air contaminants emitted in compliance with chapter 17.21 RCW, the Washington Pesticide Application Act, which regulates the application and control of the use of various pesticides.

  • Implement of husbandry means a vehicle that is designed for agricultural purposes and

  • Engineer-in-charge representative means any officer of the Authority nominated by the Engineer-in-charge for day to day supervision, checking, taking measurement, checking bills, ensuring quality control, inspecting works and other related works for completion of the project.
