Permitted Denomination definition

Permitted Denomination means having a Principal Amount in any increment of the Minimum Principal Amount.
Permitted Denomination means, with respect to the Tier 2 Notes, the Minimum Denomination and each integral multiple of £100 in excess of such Minimum Denomination;

Examples of Permitted Denomination in a sentence

  • A Noteholder may convert a portion (less than all) of its Notes only if the Notes the Noteholder retains are in a Permitted Denomination.

  • A Noteholder may require repurchase of a portion (less than all) of its Notes only if the Notes the Noteholder retains are in a Permitted Denomination.

  • The Paying Agent shall promptly deliver to each Holder of Notes so tendered the Change of Control Payment for such Notes, and the Trustee shall promptly authenticate and mail (or cause to be transferred by book entry) to each Holder a new Note equal in principal amount to any unpurchased portion of the Notes surrendered, if any; provided, however, that each such new Note will be in a Permitted Denomination.

  • Any Note (or security issued in exchange or substitution therefor) as to which such restrictions on transfer shall have expired in accordance with their terms may, upon surrender of such Note for exchange to the Note Registrar in accordance with the provisions of this Section 2.05, be exchanged for a new Note or Notes, of like Permitted Denomination in the aggregate, which shall not bear the restrictive legend required by this Section 2.05(c) and shall not be assigned a restricted CUSIP number.

  • Notes may be exchanged for other Notes of any Permitted Denominations and of a like Permitted Denomination in the aggregate, upon surrender of the Notes to be exchanged at any such office or agency maintained by the Company pursuant to Section 4.02.

  • Specified Denomination means, in respect of a Series of Covered Bonds, the denomination or denominations of such Covered Bonds specified in the applicable Final Terms;

  • Denomination With respect to each Certificate, the amount set forth on the face thereof as the "Initial Certificate Balance of this Certificate" or the Percentage Interest appearing on the face thereof.

  • registered dentist means a fully registered person within the meaning of the Dentists Act 1984 who holds a license to practice under that Act;

  • Borrowing Multiple means (a) in the case of a Borrowing denominated in US Dollars, US$1,000,000 and (b) in the case of a Borrowing denominated in any Alternative Currency, 1,000,000 units of such currency.

  • Original Subordinated Principal Balance The aggregate of the Class Certificate Balances of the Subordinated Certificates as of the Closing Date.

  • Uncertificated Principal Balance As of the Closing Date, the Uncertificated Principal Balance of each REMIC I Regular Interest shall equal the amount set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto as its initial Uncertificated Principal Balance. On each Distribution Date, the Uncertificated Principal Balance of each REMIC I Regular Interest shall be reduced by all distributions of principal deemed made on such REMIC Regular Interest on such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 4.02 and, if and to the extent necessary and appropriate, shall be further reduced on such Distribution Date by Realized Losses as provided in Section 4.05, and the Uncertificated Principal Balance of REMIC I Regular Interest ZZ shall be increased by the related interest deferrals as provided in Section 4.02. The Uncertificated Principal Balance of each REMIC I Regular Interest shall never be less than zero. With respect to the REMIC II Regular Interest SB-PO an initial amount equal to the amount set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto as its initial Uncertificated Principal Balance. On each Distribution Date, the Uncertificated Principal Balance of each REMIC II Regular Interest shall be reduced by all distributions of principal deemed made on such REMIC Regular Interest on such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 4.02 and, if and to the extent necessary and appropriate, shall be further reduced on such Distribution Date by Realized Losses as provided in Section 4.05.

  • Class B-6 Optimal Principal Amount As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (I) the sum, as to each Outstanding Mortgage Loan, of the product of (x) the Non-PO Fraction with respect to such Mortgage Loan and (y) the sum of:

  • Dollar Denominated Loan means any Loan incurred in Dollars.

  • Class B-4 Optimal Principal Amount As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (I) the sum, as to each Outstanding Mortgage Loan, of the product of (x) the Non-PO Fraction with respect to such Mortgage Loan and (y) the sum of:

  • Stated Principal Balance As to each Mortgage Loan, (i) the principal balance of the Mortgage Loan at the related Cut-off Date after giving effect to payments of principal due on or before such date, whether or not received, minus (ii) all amounts previously distributed to the Purchaser with respect to the related Mortgage Loan representing payments or recoveries of principal or advances in lieu thereof.

  • Fixed Rate Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Tranche the collective reference to Eurodollar Loans the then current Interest Periods with respect to all of which begin on the same date and end on the same later date (whether or not such Loans shall originally have been made on the same day).

  • Redenomination Date means (in the case of interest bearing Notes) any date for payment of interest under the Notes or (in the case of Zero Coupon Notes) any date, in each case specified by the Issuer in the notice given to the Noteholders pursuant to paragraph (a) above and which falls on or after the date on which the country of the Specified Currency first participates in the third stage of European economic and monetary union; and
