Permitted Hedging Transaction definition

Permitted Hedging Transaction means any Treasury Transaction:
Permitted Hedging Transaction means any Derivative Transaction that is a currency option agreement or forward foreign exchange agreement entered into by the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries with any Person (other than the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries)
Permitted Hedging Transaction means hedging arrangements entered into by a Borrower pursuant to any ISDA Master Agreements and/or exchange-traded instruments with one or more counterparties, provided (i) the aggregate notional amount of such hedging arrangements shall not exceed the net assets of such Borrower at the time such Borrower enters into any such hedging arrangement, and (ii) such Borrower’s purpose for entering into such arrangements relates to (x) hedging its foreign currency denominated share capital or other equity interest or (y) other non-speculative purposes mutually agreed upon between such Borrower and the Lender (the Lender’s consent not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed).

  • The Issuer shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, enter into any Derivative Transaction other than a Permitted Hedging Transaction or a Permitted Intra-Group Hedging Transaction.

More Definitions of Permitted Hedging Transaction

Permitted Hedging Transaction means any derivative transaction entered into solely for the purpose of interest rate hedging in relation to the Facility and which is entered into after the rate of interest on the Loan for an Interest Period commencing after the date falling three (3) years from the date of this Agreement exceeds seven (7) per cent. per annum.
Permitted Hedging Transaction means any Hedging Transaction that;

Permitted Hedging Transaction shall have its meaning as set forth in the Investment Management Agreement."
Permitted Hedging Transaction means, with respect to an Investor, a Hedge with respect to securities of the same class as the Shares in connection with which the registered Shares delivered to the applicable Investor under this Agreement are not delivered to the counterparty, securities lender or other transferee under the Hedge.
