Permitted Number of Users definition

Permitted Number of Users means one (1) unless otherwise indicated in the Order.
Permitted Number of Users means not more than 1 User of the Software per 10 installed DCUs.
Permitted Number of Users means the total number of individual Authorised Users, as set out in the SOW;

More Definitions of Permitted Number of Users

Permitted Number of Users means the permitted number of users stated in the Details Table.
Permitted Number of Users means the number, agreed by Neuxpower as evidenced in writing or by e-mail, of Authorised Users who are permitted to Use the Paid Features of the Software.
Permitted Number of Users shall be interpreted in accordance with the Licence;
Permitted Number of Users means the maximum number of users who can concurrently access the Software and Documentation using Access Codes at any time, as set forth in the Schedule.

Related to Permitted Number of Users

  • Summative evaluation means the comprehensive, end-of-cycle appraisal and shall incorporate the results of the minimum required observations, any additional observations, and required component-level data. At the discretion of the Evaluator, it may also include additional Announced, Unannounced, or Short observation data beyond the required observation data provided by other Credentialed Observers.

  • Silicone-based Multi-purpose Lubricant means any lubricant which is:

  • Maximum contaminant level goal or “MCLG” means the maximum level of a contaminant in drinking water at which no known or anticipated adverse effect on the health of persons would occur, and which allows an adequate margin of safety. MCLGs are nonenforceable health goals.
