Permitted Release Date definition

Permitted Release Date means the date that is the earlier of (a) three (3) years from the Closing Date, or (b) two (2) years from the “start up day” within the meaning of Section 860G(a)(9) of the Code of the REMIC Trust established in connection with the last Securitization involving any portion of the Loan.
