Permitted Seller definition

Permitted Seller means Payor, any Affiliate thereof, and any Sublicensee having the right to sell Licensed Product.

Permitted Seller means TSD and any Affiliate, licensee or sublicensee having the right to sell Product, including without limitation, TPC and any permitted licensee of TPC.
