Permitted Sign Area definition

Permitted Sign Area means the total allowed sign for any street frontage, as calculated according to §4.8 G.1.
Permitted Sign Area means the total area of all permanent primary signs on the premises. Accessory or incidental signs are not included in the calculation of permitted sign area.

  • Residential rental property means property that is used solely as leased or rented property for residential purposes. The Design-Build Project delivery shall be implemented in accordance with Tex. Gov’t Code § 2166.2531.2

  • Mobile home space means a parcel of land for rent which has been designed to accommodate a mobile home and provide the required sewer and utility connections.

  • Authorized Signer is any individual listed in Borrower’s Borrowing Resolution who is authorized to execute the Loan Documents, including making (and executing if applicable) any Credit Extension request, on behalf of Borrower.

  • Motorboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.
