Health and welfare. Plans shall mean any plan, fund or program which was established or is maintained for the purpose of providing for its participants or their beneficiaries, through the purchase of insurance or otherwise, medical, surgical or hospital care or benefits, or benefits in the event of sickness, accident, disability, death or unemployment, or vacation benefits, apprenticeship or other training programs or day care centers, scholarship funds, or prepaid legal services, including any such plan, fund or program as defined in Section 3(1) of ERISA. When immediately preceded by "AT&T," Health and Welfare Plans means each Health and Welfare Plan that is an AT&T Benefit Plan. Health and welfare. The County agrees through June 30, 2024 to continue to maintain insurance coverage for all employees and their dependents. The County's contribution towards payment of medical insurance premiums shall be paid at ninety (90%) percent. The employee will be responsible for payment of ten (10%) percent. However, if the employee is at the “employee-only” tier of coverage, the County will contribute one-hundred percent (100%) of the cost of the medical insurance premium. For the term of this Agreement, up to June 30, 2024, the County agrees to contribute to a health savings account (HSA) or other equivalent account for members not eligible to receive benefits in an HSA account plus any account administration fees.
