Petroleum reduction means methods of reducing total projected petroleum use in California either through increased energy efficiency, clean alternative fuels, or a combination of both.

  • Petroleum liquids means crude oil, condensate, and any finished or intermediate products manufactured or extracted in a petroleum refinery.
