PFA Prefunding Earnings definition

PFA Prefunding Earnings means, with respect to each Transfer Date, the investment earnings on funds in the Principal Funding Account (net of investment expenses and losses) in connection with any Prefunding Target Amounts for the period from and including the immediately preceding Transfer Date to but excluding such Transfer Date.
PFA Prefunding Earnings means, with respect to each Distribution Date, the investment earnings on funds in the Principal Funding Account (net of investment expenses and losses) in connection with any Prefunding Target Amounts for the period from and including the immediately preceding Distribution Date to but excluding such Distribution Date.

Examples of PFA Prefunding Earnings in a sentence

  • On or prior to each Transfer Date, the Issuer will calculate the PFA Prefunding Earnings Shortfall (if any) for the Principal Funding sub-Account for each tranche of Notes.

  • If there is any PFA Prefunding Earnings Shortfall for any Principal Funding sub-Account for that Transfer Date, or any unpaid PFA Prefunding Earnings Shortfall for any Principal Funding sub-Account from any earlier Transfer Date, in each case for any tranche of Notes, the Issuer will notify the Master Trust pursuant to Section 4.09 of the Series 2001-D Supplement of that amount.

  • Any PFA Accumulation Earnings, any PFA Prefunding Earnings, any Accumulation Reserve Account Earnings and any Interest Funding sub-Account Earnings for any Transfer Date will be treated as BAseries Available Funds for such Transfer Date.

  • On or prior to each Distribution Date, the Issuer will calculate the PFA Prefunding Earnings Shortfall (if any) for the Principal Funding sub-Account for each Tranche of Notes.

  • If there is any PFA Prefunding Earnings Shortfall for any Principal Funding sub-Account for that Distribution Date, or any unpaid PFA Prefunding Earnings Shortfall for any Principal Funding sub-Account from any earlier Distribution Date, in each case for any Tranche of Notes, the Issuer will notify the Transferor and the Master Trust pursuant to the related Series Supplement of that amount.

  • If there is any PFA Prefunding Earnings Shortfall for any Principal Funding sub-Account for that Transfer Date, or any unpaid PFA Prefunding Earnings Shortfall for any Principal Funding sub-Account from any earlier Transfer Date, in each case for any Tranche of Notes, the Issuer will notify the Transferor and the Servicer of such amount for the purpose of calculating the amount to be deposited to the applicable interest funding account(s) pursuant to subsection 5.03(b) of the Indenture.

  • On or prior to each Transfer Date, the Issuer will calculate the PFA Prefunding Earnings Shortfall (if any) for the Principal Funding sub-Account for each Tranche of Notes.

  • Any PFA Accumulation Earnings, any PFA Prefunding Earnings, any Accumulation Reserve Account Earnings and any Interest Funding sub-Account Earnings for any Distribution Date will be treated as Card Series Finance Charge Amounts for such Distribution Date.

  • If there is any PFA Prefunding Earnings Shortfall for any Principal Funding sub-Account for that Transfer Date, or any unpaid PFA Prefunding Earnings Shortfall for any Principal Funding sub-Account from any earlier Transfer Date, in each case for any tranche of Notes, the Issuer will notify the Master Trust pursuant to Section 4.09 of the Series 2001-_ Supplement of ------------ that amount.

Related to PFA Prefunding Earnings

  • Pre-Funding Earnings means any Investment Earnings on amounts on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account.

  • Prefunding Account The separate Eligible Account created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.06(g) in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders and designated “U.S. Bank National Association, in trust for registered holders of Home Equity Asset Trust 2004-2, Home Equity Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-2. Funds in the Prefunding Account shall be held in trust for the Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement and shall not be a part of any REMIC created hereunder; provided, however, that any investment income earned from Permitted Investments made with funds in the Prefunding Account shall be for the account of the Depositor.

  • Class C Reserve Account Percentage means, for any Distribution Date on which a condition in the left column of the following table was in effect on the immediately preceding Distribution Date, the percentage in the corresponding right column of the following table (or if more than one conditions were in effect on the immediately preceding Distribution Date, the largest percentage). Condition: The three-month rolling average Excess Spread Percentage is: Class C Reserve Account Percentage:

  • Funding Period means the period beginning on the Closing Date and ending on the first to occur of (a) the Distribution Date on which the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account (after giving effect to any transfers therefrom in connection with the transfer of Subsequent Contracts to the Trust on such Distribution Date) is less than $150,000, (b) the date on which an Event of Termination occurs, (c) the date on which an Insolvency Event occurs with respect to the Trust Depositor and (d) the close of business on the date which is 90 days from and including the Closing Date.

  • Excess Earnings means, with respect to Mortgage Loans held in any subaccount of the Acquisition Account or the Loan Recycling Account established in connection with a Series of Tax- exempt Bonds, the "excess earnings," as defined in Treasury Regulations § 1.148-10T, with respect thereto.

  • Aggregate Overcollateralization Release Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) the aggregate of the Principal Remittance Amounts for each Mortgage Pool for such Distribution Date and (y) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Overcollateralization Amount for such date, calculated for this purpose on the basis of the assumption that 100% of the aggregate of the Principal Remittance Amounts for such Distribution Date is applied on such date in reduction of the aggregate Certificate Principal Amount of the Certificates, exceeds (ii) the Targeted Overcollateralization Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Accumulation Reserve Funding Period shall not apply if the Calculation Agent on behalf of the Issuer notifies the Indenture Trustee that it expects the Accumulation Period Length to be adjusted to one (1) month, and otherwise shall mean a period commencing on the first Distribution Date on which a condition in the right column of the following table was in effect on the immediately preceding Distribution Date, if the Distribution Date is a Distribution Date described in the corresponding left column of the following table, and ending on the Distribution Date immediately preceding the earlier to occur of:

  • Spread Account Percentage means, (i) 0% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is greater than or equal to 5.00%, (ii) 2.00% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is less than 5.00% and greater than or equal to 4.50%, (iii) 2.50% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is less than 4.50% and greater than or equal to 4.00%, (iv) 3.50% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is less than 4.00% and greater than or equal to 3.50%, (v) 4.50% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is less than 3.50% and greater than or equal to 3.00%, (vi) 5.50% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is less than 3.00% and greater than or equal to 2.50%, (vii) 6.50% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is less than 2.50% and greater than or equal to 1.50%, (viii) 7.50% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is less than 1.50% and greater than or equal to 0.50% and (ix) 8.50% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is less than 0.50%.

  • Overcollateralization Target Amount means 0.85% of the Adjusted Pool Balance as of the Cutoff Date.

  • Targeted Overcollateralization Amount means, for a Payment Date, an amount equal to:

  • REMIC 2 Overcollateralization Target Amount 1.00% of the Overcollateralization Target Amount.

  • Loan Group Balance As to each Loan Group, the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group that were Outstanding Mortgage Loans at the time of determination.

  • Target Overcollateralization Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, 3.00% of the Adjusted Pool Balance as of the Cut-off Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Target Overcollateralization Amount shall not exceed the Adjusted Pool Balance on such Payment Date.

  • Overcollateralization Deficiency Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which the Overcollateralization Target Amount exceeds the Overcollateralized Amount on such Distribution Date (assuming that 100% of the Principal Remittance Amount is applied as a principal distribution on such Distribution Date).

  • REMIC II Overcollateralization Amount With respect to any date of determination, (i) 0.50% of the aggregate Uncertificated Balances of the REMIC II Regular Interests (other than REMIC II Regular Interest P) minus (ii) the aggregate of the Uncertificated Balances of REMIC II Regular Interest A-1, REMIC II Regular Interest A-2A, REMIC II Regular Interest A-2B, REMIC II Regular Interest A-2C, REMIC II Regular Interest A-2D, REMIC II Regular Interest M-1, REMIC II Regular Interest M-2, REMIC II Regular Interest M-3, REMIC II Regular Interest M-4, REMIC II Regular Interest M-5, REMIC II Regular Interest M-6, REMIC II Regular Interest M-7, REMIC II Regular Interest M-8, REMIC II Regular Interest M-9, REMIC II Regular Interest M-10 and REMIC II Regular Interest M-11, in each case as of such date of determination.

  • Overcollateralized Group As defined in Section 4.03.

  • Undercollateralized Group As defined in Section 4.03.

  • Pre-Funding Account means the account designated as the Pre-Funding Account in, and which is established and maintained pursuant to Section 7.07.

  • Funding Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).

  • Aggregate Loan Group Balance As to any Loan Group and as of any date of determination, will be equal to the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in that Loan Group, except as otherwise provided, as of the last day of the related Collection Period.

  • Excess Overcollateralization Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the Overcollateralization Amount on such Distribution Date over (b) the Required Overcollateralization Amount for such Distribution Date.

  • Targeted Accumulation Reserve Subaccount Deposit means, with respect to any Distribution Date during the Accumulation Reserve Funding Period, an amount equal to (i) [0.5]% of the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the Class C( - ) Notes as of the close of business on the last day of the related Due Period or (ii) any other amount designated by the Calculation Agent on behalf of the Issuer.]

  • Excess Funding Account shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.02.

  • Required Overcollateralization Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, (a) prior to the Stepdown Date, an amount equal to 1.80% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date, (b) on or after the Stepdown Date if a Trigger Event is not in effect, the greater of (i) an amount equal to 3.60% of the aggregate outstanding Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans after giving effect to distributions made on that Distribution Date and (ii) the Overcollateralization Floor and (c) on or after the Stepdown Date if a Trigger Event is in effect, an amount equal to the Required Overcollateralization Amount from the immediately preceding Distribution Date. The Required Overcollateralization Amount may be reduced so long as written confirmation is obtained from each Rating Agency that such reduction shall not reduce the ratings assigned to any Class of Certificates by such Rating Agency below the lower of the then-current rating or the rating assigned to such Certificates as of the Closing Date by such Rating Agency. Residential Funding: Residential Funding Corporation, a Delaware corporation, in its capacity as seller of the Mortgage Loans to the Depositor and any successor thereto.

  • Controlled Accumulation Period Factor means, for each Monthly Period, a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the sum of the series invested amounts as of the last day of the prior Monthly Period of all outstanding Series, and the denominator of which is equal to the sum (without duplication) of (a) the Series Invested Amount as of the last day of the prior Monthly Period, (b) the series invested amounts as of the last day of the prior Monthly Period of all outstanding Series (other than Series 2022-2) that are not expected to be in their revolving periods, and (c) the series invested amounts as of the last day of the prior Monthly Period of all other outstanding Series that are not Principal Sharing Series and are in their revolving periods.

  • Yield Supplement Overcollateralization Amount means, with respect to any calendar month and the related Payment Date, or with respect to the Closing Date, the aggregate amount by which the Principal Balance as of the last day of the related Collection Period or the Cutoff Date, as applicable, of each of the related Receivables with an APR as stated in the related contract of less than the Required Rate, other than Defaulted Receivables, exceeds the present value, calculated by using a discount rate equal to the Required Rate, of each scheduled payment of each such Receivables assuming such scheduled payment is made on the last day of each month and each month has 30 days.
