Phantom Common Stock definition

Phantom Common Stock means the Common Stock in which a Participant is deemed to invest his Non-Pension Benefit as if such Common Stock had been purchased upon contribution to the Savings Plan, the ESOP and/or the Performance Sharing Plan, as the case may be.
